Each product page shows a live text preview of your wording in the lettering you choose. It shows your text and style — not an exact render of the finished piece — and hand-stamped pieces vary slightly in spacing.

Letters, numbers, spaces and common punctuation (. ' & / -). Many pieces also accept a small heart (♥). The product page shows what each piece supports and the character limit.

Tick the box on the product page, then email us a clear photo of the handwriting after you order. Your confirmation page shows exactly where to send it. Before production we review every photo and will contact you if it needs adjusting. See our Customization Guide for photo tips.

Email us right away with your order number. We can make changes until production begins (within 12 hours of ordering).

Personalized pieces take 5–7 business days to make, then ship by your chosen method. See the Shipping Policy for details.

Within 12 hours, or before production starts. After that, personalized pieces can’t be cancelled because they’re already being made for you.

We email you when your order ships, with tracking. For an update before then, contact us with your order number.

We accept PayPal and all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Payments are processed securely by our payment partners — we never see or store your card details. The payment options available are shown at checkout.

Every order arrives in a gift-ready keepsake box. The Keepsake Gift Set includes your printed gift note, and prices are never included in the package.

Each product page lists its materials under “Materials & Sizing”. If you have a specific metal sensitivity, please contact us before ordering so we can advise.
