Send us a clear photo of the words after you order and we prepare the handwriting for engraving onto a polished pendant. Before production, we review every photo and will contact you if it needs adjusting.

- Put jewelry on last — after lotions, perfume and hair products.
- Remove before swimming, bathing, exercising or cleaning.
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry polishing cloth after wearing.
- Brass and copper naturally darken over time; a soft polishing cloth restores the shine, or let the patina develop.
- Store pieces separately in their box or a soft pouch to avoid scratches and tangles.
