This website is operated by Silvaren Jewelry (“Silvaren Jewelry”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns Policy.
Products & personalization
- Our jewelry is made by hand, so small variations in stamping, spacing, texture and finish are part of each piece and are not defects.
- Natural materials — crystals, pearls and pressed flowers — vary in color, size and shape.
- Product photography and on-screen previews are for illustration. Colors may display differently on different screens; text previews show your wording, not an exact render of the finished piece.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of personalization details. We make pieces exactly as entered.
- We may decline personalization that is offensive, infringes someone else’s rights, or that we cannot produce well. If we do, we will contact you and refund that item.
Photos you send us
When you send us handwriting, a paw print or another image, you confirm you have the right to use it and you grant us permission to use it solely to make your order. We will contact you if a photo is not clear enough to produce well.
Pricing & payment
Prices are in US dollars. Personalization options may change the price, which is always shown before you add an item to your bag. Payment is taken in full, either at checkout through our payment partners (PayPal or Square) or by a secure PayPal invoice we email you, and production begins once payment is received. If a price is shown incorrectly because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders
An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if a piece is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot fulfill the personalization.

Intellectual property
All content on this site — including designs, text, photography and logos — belongs to Silvaren Jewelry or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate.
